What is mead? It’s a gluten-free alcohol made from honey, just as wine is made from grapes and beer is made from grains. Mead typically ranges from 6% to 14% alcohol ranging from dry to sweet, fruited to spiced, sparkling to still—there’s something for everyone (including non-alcoholic options!).
